Country of Origin: Indonesia Weight: Approximately 1kg Also known to some as "Ngor Her", threadfin is a popular choice for both young and old as it contains an array of vitamins and is high in Omega 3. It is also high in protein, calcium and phosphorus, which help to strengthen the bone and teeth. The meat is very fine and it is usually used to make fish porridge for babies. Their bones are perfect for cooking broth for extra umami and nutrients. Country of origin: Air flown from Ulu Pandan Batang fish, also known as King Mackerel, is commonly used for fish soups and otah. The flesh is meaty and firm, making it an extremely versatile ingredient to work with! Air-flown and wild-caught from Ujang Pandang daily, our batang fish can be fried, pan-fried, stir-fried or steamed! Cut contains bones, while fillet contains much lesser, close to no, bones. Batang (Mackerel) 巴当鱼

Country of origin: Malaysia / Indonesia This wild-caught fish is a local favourite and often seen as one of the more premium fish around, and it's no wonder why! The texture of a grouper is firm with large flakes that easily break apart. A stand-out feature of its flesh is the high levels of moisture. For a mild-tasting fish, it has very high levels of oil, which offers a pleasant buttery mouthfeel. If cooked well, the flesh will simply melt in the mouth! Our fillets contain minimal to no bones as our 9s crew will remove the bones that they can see and feel. However, there may still be small pin bones hidden in between the flesh which we may not be able to spot, so we will advise to exercise caution before feeding young children or the elderly!

Black Grouper 石斑鱼

Country of Origin: Indonesia / Malaysia Weight: 400 - 500g Also known as 'Orh Cheoh' to the older generation, this delicious and affordable wild-caught fish provides light colored flesh with a very pleasant flavor - mild but not bland. It is best recommended for pan-frying or frying, and tastes wicked with a spicy sambal or black bean sauce! Please note that weight range provided is before any descaling, de-gutting and cleaning of the fish.

Black Pomfret 黑鲳

Country of Origin: Indonesia, Surabaya 泗水 Also known as 'Dao Chior' to the older generation, the wild-caught Chinese pomfret is a prized fish locally and is specially regarded by the Teochew as the best fish! It is also loaded with health benefits too, which is probably why it has been a popular choice of fish for ages in the Asian region. It is rich in Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids that help reduce cholesterol and heart diseases. It also provides us with Vitamins B3, B12 &amp; D, iron and magnesium. Taste-wise, it is also naturally sweet with a delicate texture, making it one of the most premium fish in local markets! Fish Ball with Roe

Country of Origin: Singapore 10 pieces per tray A simple and great addition to your soups, noodles or steamboat! Ingredients: Surimi (Fish Meat - Threadfin Bream), Chicken Meat, Tapioca Starch, Salt, MSG, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Vegetable Oil, Egg White Powder, Pepper Storage: To keep frozen. Once thawed, do consume within the next 1 - 2 days. Do note that it is normal for the dumplings to be "stuck" together when they are frozen. You can simply place the frozen clumps into hot or boiling water and gently separate them using chopsticks or any suitable cooking utensils. They should break apart easily in hot water!

Country of Origin: Malaysia Weight: 400 - 500g Also known as 'Kim Cheoh' to the older generation, this delicious and affordable fish provides light colored flesh with a very pleasant flavor - mild but not bland. It is best recommended for pan-frying or frying, and tastes wicked with a spicy sambal or black bean sauce! Golden Pomfret 金鲳

Wild caught Greenland Halibut Approximately 250 - 300g per piece Steak Cut Please note that as this item is pre-packed directly from Greenland once the fish is freshly caught, we will not be able to do any further processing/slicing as we would like to avoid opening the original packaging for safety purposes. Wild caught straight from the North Atlantic Arctic ocean. This exception fish contains high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin D. IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) on-board at sea from fresh to frozen product, providing fish of excellent fresh quality. It also allows for your convenient storage! Greenland Halibut Steak Cut 格陵兰大比目鱼

Country of Origin: Malaysia Weight: Approximately 500g What's unique about this fish is that some recipes actually call for the scales to be kept on and served chilled! Known as "oh her" in Teochew, it is traditionally steamed and eaten with a piquant tau cheo or salted soya bean dip. Grey mullet is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which can help to reduce one's risk of cardiovascular diseases. This fish is an excellent source of protein. It also has a low mercury content. Please note that weight range provided is before any descaling, de-gutting and cleaning of the fish.

Grey Mullet 乌鱼

Country of Origin: Japan, Kagoshima Weight: Approximately 800g-1kg, 4 pieces per packet This portion has long been seen as the most prized cut for its rich and succulent flavour. Best grilled, pan-fried or broiled. The texture is tender and fine, definitely a treat. Item can be slightly thawed upon receiving to be portioned accordingly before being stored in the freezer for up to 2 months. Once fully thawed, do consume within the same day. As the collar may contain some sharp edges, do note that they may poke through the vacuum bags some times but that does not affect the quality of safety of the product. There may also be some scales left on the collars.
